Day 2 of the trip down

We drove for 10 1/2 hours on day 2. We went from Great Falls to Cheyenne WY - miles and miles of absolutely nothing! We were tired and hungry and it was getting late. Martin was in the lead and was cruising along at a pretty good clip. We were driving through a construction zone, and this bridge comes out of nowhere. Suddenly, the interstate was down to one very narrow lane, with river on one side and a row of pylons on the other. Martin decided to drive closer to the pylons than the river. The u-haul was wider than he thought. Pylons went flying everywhere. This is a pylon that didn't survive.

Great Falls - Best Western. Kennedy did not want to sleep with Taya because "She always touching and tickling my feet and I don't like it." In the morning I couldn't find Kennedy and when I pulled back the covers this is what I found. Sure Kennedy it is Taya who is always touching you when you are trying to sleep. This is also why Martin calls Taya - Captian Under Pants!

I realize this was some time ago already, but I wanted to start from the beginning of our adventure. Stay tuned for the rest of the stories.........
